Wesley always follow up on repairs to see if they were done or not. Like the door knob and lock of the front door was not working, he did sent people right away to do the job, knowing that front door lock is very important especially now a days, rubbers are everywhere.
He also follow up if work was done
Correctly and if tenant is satisfied with the work done.
Very reliable in getting things done in a short period of time.

Im a college student and has been living here for over 6 months. All I can say is it has been such a good experience! Wesley and nhan are very fast with their responses. Ive had a couple things that needed to get fixed and they called someone to fix it within a day. This place has an amazing tenant with such great services. Would definitely recommend it 🙂
