I have been at York Woods for over a year and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I do not have one bad thing to say about it. The units are nice. Yes you can hear movement from other apartments but that is everywhere, it isn't loud or disturbing and actually quiet welcomed to know you are living in a community. The management staff is always helpful and welcoming. I can't say enough about the maintenance staff, they do an amazing job! I had an issue with my washer that couldn't be fixed so they kindly replaced it with another one from an empty unit. The apartments are luxury with the granite countertops and tray ceilings and I love my balcony. Again no complaints, I love it here!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Maintenance Team and Management!

I want to give a big shoutout to David, his manager, and the entire maintenance team for their quick and efficient response in replacing my fridge. When the one that came with my apartment stopped cooling properly, they handled the situation professionally and made sure I had a new, working fridge in no time.

The team here is always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s great knowing that any issues that come up are addressed promptly. Thanks again for the great service!

We moved in October and have been loving it so far. Emily was super helpful in picking a unit that fit our needs and was flexible scheduling tours. Plenty of parking and lots of space to walk our dog (including dog parks and convenient dog waste stations). Love having a garage option. If you are active duty/veteran, mention it upfront as they offer reduced application fees. Amenities are nice and grounds are always well-maintained. Great location too!

We LOVE living here!! Recently there was an issue with our mail (USPS) not the complex and Dave jumped right in and took it upon himself to not only handle but solve the issue!!

Currently a resident here. The property is nice, and so are the apartments that are offered. If you are somebody that orders a lot of packages, or likes to order DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is by far the worst property I have ever lived in when it comes to logistics on deliveries. The poor UPS/FedEx/ delivery drivers in general cannot navigate the neighborhood due to horrible signage and bad labeling on buildings. I’ve had numerous deliveries wrongly placed, delivery drivers constantly asking me to point them in the right direction, and so on. It’s been a mess and I have been here for going on 1 year and 5 months. Another thing, the walls here are extremely thin! The smell of your neighbors cooking WILL seep in to your apartment, and you will hear loud noises coming from your neighbors apartments. In the summer time, the office staff makes ridiculous rules when it comes to pool usage as well, it almost comes off as overbearing. When their portal malfunctions and does not properly withdraw cost of utilities, they expect you to foot the bill of card processing fees by forcing you to use the one time payment option. Use caution when considering this complex.

Gorgeous community with nearby access to the Lake Murray Dam and Mungo Park, which means lots of running and walking options.

Additionally, it's very peaceful here. This has to be one of the quietest apartment complexes I've ever lived at, which is pretty impressive considering its size.

The management and leasing staff is very good. Sydney is an expectational leasing agent who made the leasing process very easy for my financee and I thanks to her diligence and excellent communication. She also provided us with an excellent unit recommendation and was very accommodating/friendly.

The amenities are solid. The fire pit is really nice, the dog parks are great, and the pool is decent as well. The maintenance staff does a thorough job, and after a few maintenance requests early on, we have not had to submit a maintenance request in months.

The gym is pretty good. They recently made some much needed improvements by getting new equipment at the gym. Also, the fact that there is a Smith Machine definitely makes it stand out among other apartment complexes and is something I definitely appreciate. My only gripes are that there is only one bench and that the gym is quite small considering the size of the complex. It can be hard to have space to workout when there are just a few people in the gym.

Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Our overall experience with York Woods has been very positive. The amenities are great and parking is always available. We had an issue with our apartment and the maintenance team was there in ten minutes. Once I spoke to the property manager, Kerragan directly she took the issue seriously and moved our apartment the same day. She resolved the issue for us with the most kindness and compassion. We love the area because there are many stores, restaurants, and Saluda Shoals park nearby. I definitely recommend it!
