I would highly recommend this law firm. We needed someone to review our will, power of attorney and a few other related documents previously done in Florida. We were seeking to update any necessary things so it would comply with Georgia laws. Their attorney, Braylee Swick, reviewed each document and informed us that all of the documents were fine and did not need any changes. She informed us that if we wish to have them redone it would cost us to do so, but that was not really necessary and there would not be any cost for her review. Both the office and the attorney were very professional and organized. I was very pleased with their service and plan on doing business with them in the future when necessary.

Terrible communication and lying to customers.

We signed the documents for our deed and were told we would have it in our mail in 2-3 weeks. We followed up on status 2 weeks in, and it was "still processing". We started contacting the tax attorney and city clerk. They informed us it was finalized 1.5 weeks in. We kept waiting on it to show in the mail.

The Monday after our 3 week mark we called the office again, the secretary informed me they still did not have it. I informed them I already spoke with the city clerk who said it was with the lawyer office. The lady on the phone from this office then laughed at me, and said she'd look into it and call me back.

I did not receive a call back so my husband went into office and low-and-behold they "magically" found the original deed.

I was disrespected, lied to, and our service was not completed. Do not trust this office whatsoever.

They were my closing attorney for a refinance. It took them over a month to get the paperwork from courthouse. Once it was completed the bank gave them the paperwork for closing. They took 21 days to close. Several emails, telephone calls, calls from the bank and they still never responded. I got a call from a local (subcontract) attorney to tell me my closing was scheduled without my knowledge. They told the bank they contacted me and scheduled it. That was a lie 🤥. Never was contacted, even after closing. Addtional funds were suppose to be deposited into the bank account number I gave them. Nope. They sent a check later on. Almost 5 months for a refinance with most of the wait on this closing attorney.

Absolutely love these people. Kevin Yackel is very conservative and honest and will help you in any way he can. Perfect asset to an already accomplished attorney. Teresa at the front is extremely helpful and she will do anything she can to make the day Pleasant.

Went there for the closing of our house. Everything went great but we waited forever to get an updated plot map of our yard. If we didn't stay on top of it probably would have been longer. Workers were very nice and answered our questions.
