We were in the market to buy our first home and we were referred to Natalie through a family friend. It wound up being a great referral. We had zero idea as what to expect, and Natalie made the entire process simple to understand & was always available from the first time we contacted her. That was the most important thing to me. It felt like we weren't alone in this process. She got us in contact with a lender, she got together all the houses arranged that we requested to view and most importantly she listened to what we wanted & how we were feeling about the properties we were seeing.
