My parents have received absolutely the worst service from this company. They are trying to rectify an old bill that needed to be paid. We mailed a $2,600 cashiers check airmail with UPS. They said they never received it which is concerning for such a large amount of money. UPS says some lady named Shelly signed for it. They have never answered to say if Shelly works there nor followed up with them to see if the UPS was able to track it. We canceled the cashier check and had it reissued. The total amount for their bill is $4,000 once we collect the rest of the funds we will not be sending it mail, airmail or anything else they can physically get it handed to them at some point. And who doesn't have an online system to make payments come out of the stone age we live in Vegas but will drive the payment in and hand it to you it's ridiculous for anyone to have to do that.

Finally made it California to pay this bill the address is for a mail station where they receive mail which is fine. We were searching for something with their name on it. Everything gone good so far they picked up the payment looking forward to this account being settled for good

I wanted to take the time to share my experience renting with this company. I lived in a property they managed where the owner decided to sell. I have to admit it was very stressful and inconvenient. The part that made it easy though was them being flexible and understanding that right now is a hard time to find available rentals. (The rent we were paying for the newer townhouse style apartments is now sadly unheard of). Other than finding somewhere to live the other part I was extremely stressed about was getting the deposit back which it was equal to a months rent as well as the prorated amount of rent from outr move out date. I spoke with them prior to even finding anywhere to live and they said they would help me out with that. I honestly thought they were just saying that to not have to deal with me. To my pleasant surprise they held true to their word. A rare case in property management companies these days. I received my deposit and prorated rent in a timely manner. It made all the stress and anxiety that I had over this whole situation easy as they did what they could to make this go as smoothly as they possibly could. They've restored my faith in companies still operating with integrity. Especially this business of property management where there's and overwhelming amount of unscrupulous shady ones! Thank you for being honest!

I had first written a bad review , but they promptly fixed my issue . Thank you Wright prop . You guys took less than 48 to send a plumber to change my water faucet . At first it felt like I wasn’t being helped since you have to go through an email system . But they fixed my issue thank you . I have changed my review to 5 stars .

We've rented from Wright Property Management for 8 years this upcoming January. They have been fair and prompt with service repairs. Simon and Yvette are responsive and have even been proactive with keeping up the appearance of our home. Trustworthy.

They only care if your payment is submitted on time. You can barely feel there is any management service provided by them. The customer service is unprofessional and rude. If your new home is managed by them, look further. Avoid this company.

They have managed our rental property for a little ove a year and a half now and they have been very good. Ive had good communication with them, they seem very proactive, they have a good tenant screening process and their fees are reasonable.

Unproffesional management company should be their name. Employees do not know any information at hand they need to call you back after they find the information out. They also do not like to recieve phone calls they just like to go bak and forth in emails. Also they like to lie about things they claim to have never said. Employees not very helpful. Dont understand why an owner would want this management company to do their business.
