I lived in one of their apartments for 2 years, and it was a wonderful experience. Their properties were reasonably priced for the area and well maintained. The management and maintenance staff were always very responsive and helpful.

Extremely rude management staff. I called be cause I went to spend time with a friend for a few hours and they didn’t have visitor decals (although the towing company claims they do) and they had sent a text to tenants towing would start until the next day, and I come out and my car is gone! They did nothing to help resolve the issue with my car or inform tenants on visitor policies. We looked through the lease packet and there was nothing about a visitor policy and parking for visitors and as mentioned before, they refused to help.

“Rules are rules” , that’s the attitude of the management on their implied rules. Attached is the section from lease on visitor policy (stating nothing about visitor parking is not allowed) and also the text that tenants received the night my car was towed, causing us to think we were fine until the following day.

Wright-Hurd properties management were non responsive to issues. The biggest issue I had with Wright-Hurd properties happened after move-out day. I can guarantee you that you will NOT receive any fair amount of your security deposit back no matter how much you clean your apartment. When I moved in, the place was barely cleaned with dust and paint splattered throughout the area. When I moved out, my roommate and I had scrubbed down the entire place from head to toe. Regardless, we still got almost zero of our money back . There management is non responsive, does not mention anything about this before you move into their properties. Also, they hold you accountable for anything that your roommate does. Overall, it is not fair and wright-hurd has very poor management and communication skills. I would not recommend renting from Wright-Hurd.
