In my experience, I was very disappointed in that being subsidized housing which means applicants will wait years for approval, they do not vet either all or some of their applicants. Leslie, I'll call her that had already finished making restitution to CT for violating welfare law. In addition she is keeping 3 cats although the establishment was told she has only one. With thar said, I have called them, as well as the Governors office to no avail. The people who run that place never answer the phone, let alone return the call. If this one person who is not a senior citizen is occupying an aprt that an elderly or elderly/disabled person could have occupied, then I really think it's a shame.
