This is my first ever apartment and I never thought it would be this quick and easy, Carliss was the best help there is, she made the whole process a lot easier than it usually is and answered every single question I had, even the stupid ones lol. Not a lot of people can make moving feel comfortable but she’s the one.

I moved in 2 years ago. Leasing office manager was Ms whitehead. She wasn't professional, she did not care about the residents nor treat us like it was home. Patio flooded when it rained. Front door had no weather strip and did not close tightly. Someone in the community shot a bullet through my vehicle I was told by Whitehead they don't have control and nothing they can do. I've had several things that broke down in apartment, that were not fixed. When I checked the web site it stated work order completed, and it wasn't. I asked repeatedly for pest control, multiple residents move out new ones moved in I ended up with 4 to 5 different species of roaches. I was fed up and decided not to continue lease. A new Leasing manager came in named Courtney listened to all my concerns, apologized and called the maintenance manager Mr Turnipseed address all of my concerns that same day. He fixed my electrical wiring that was messed up for months and many other things that were ignored. I appreciate and thank them. But I can't live with roaches to the magnitude it had become. So I ended my lease.
A Residents Community is supposed feel like home. I did not get that feeling at all.
The leasing staff have been replaced with all new members a couple of which I have had good conversations with, they've expressed their concerns and were working to correct the wrongs from previous staff. Please keep that momentum of care and professionalism up. Although I wasnt treated well for the year and a hàlf i was here.I made sure my apartment was very clean upon leaving.

My experience with the whole moving in process was smooth and easy. Specially Carliss, she made me feel comfortable and she was very professional, specially with the knowledge within her position. Every apartment complex is pretty much the same, it’s the leasing office that makes the difference. I’ll say Woodcrest has a great leasing staff. Carliss is great & prompt to getting request escalated & resolved. Also great with notices, renewals & transfers.

Well I must say I met Vickey this morning. She is soooo sweet. Very intelligent lady. Very informative. And the place is so clean and beautiful. I haven’t even moved in yet. Now I have moved in, such a quite complex. I love my first apartment so much.

Now that I’m settled I can review!

From the time I applied for my 2bd, everything was smooth an easy. Visited the apartments for a tour and immediately fell inlove with how peaceful it was. Then Ms Carliss made everything such a breeze. Not only did she accommodate me when I wanted to change my movie in date at the last minute, but she has also checked on me since moving into my unit just to make sure everything was okay. Move in day came an everything was also a breeze.. any concerns you may have, they are addressed right away a that’s another thing I love. I look forward to going to the pool in the spring an summer. All in all, it’s a very cozy feel to Woodcrest. Ms Carliss is top tier 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Applied for this apt complex back in august. My administration check was cut but on august as well for denying my application. The complex and management CLAIM they never received the $160 check. They are thieves also very unprofessional . Do NOT rent here u will have issues from the very beginning from end. Looking at these recent reviews thank Disgusting god i dodged this unprofessional and roguish establishment. Also I drove through the property and it was disgusting trash everywhere.

I absolutely hate this Property! No professionalism whatsoever! I don’t even go into the office bc of it! From the day I signed my lease til now, they have never failed to disappoint…. No weather strip on the front door to keep the bugs out, also making it impossible to keep your unit cool in the summer & warm in the winter! Patio door hasn’t closed properly since I moved in. Leaves & dirt blowing in on a daily basis! I have never seen so many bugs in my entire life! Everything in this apartment is broken or falling apart. The refrigerator won’t close properly because it’s falling apart as well. The knobs on the sink in the bathroom are falling off as we speak! They attempt to use calk to fix everything, even the floor! Don’t even get me started on the constant issues with the trash compactor!

Don’t waist your hard earned money here! I did not resign my lease & I can’t wait to get out of here!
