When we found that we needed to move to Nevada for work reasons it seemed like an almost impossible task. Like many older homeowners we'd accumulated a lot of stuff over our 16 years in Trilogy. We knew Cheryl by reputation and contacted her in late-November. It took us up until Christmas to make the repairs and changes that we had identified, then we moved ourselves to Nevada and Cheryl and her people stepped in to finish the job.

Cheryl advised minimal staging, but the result was spectacular and her husband did an excellent job of the photography both within the house and property and with some drone shots. The listing looked superb.

The house was listed on a Friday in January, had viewers the next day and we were in escrow on the Monday! We were very happy with the sale price and the necessary expenses. Engaging Wood Real Estate was the best choice we've ever made.

Cheryl and her team handled all of the details and issues that cropped up along the way, especially dealing with problems found during inspections, or negotiating around them with the potential buyer. They did a superb job and we couldn't have succeeded without their help.

You will be told exactly what to expect, will have expert help throughout the process and no details will be missed. We actually closed earlier than the expected date and couldn't be happier.

This is a long overdue review. I have used Cheryl 4 times in the last 3 years and she is simply amazing. She is compassionate and thoughtful and always has your best interest at heart. She is thorough and professional and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. You never have to wonder what's going on and where you are in the process. The last transaction I had with Cheryl was to purchase a home in the fire disaster area. She made sure I was able to find insurance when my own carrier wouldn't touch the area for writing new policies. Even after the sale of the home, she worked with the home warranty folks on my behalf to cover something that they really didn't have to cover.
