Marcus Wondracek is great. He goes out of his way to find a property. He went out immediately to take videos of properties because we could not get to them as fast. This really helped not waste time. He is very responsive over text, which I appreciate. Fantastic realtor, highly recommend.

Yes, we did do a sales transaction, you sold me a desk and when other people inquired you got the great ideal to contact everyone and start a biding war which ended in you taking the desk back from me and selling it to someone else, ignoring all my messages. The item was not for bid but for sale. I have all messages between us. Integrity can not be bought.
