Generally no complaints.. Last regular trash dumpster pick-up, driver left without closing gates. The following recycle bin pick-up, driver did not push dumpster far enough back to properly latch gates. We were able to latch the gate by opening both gates and closing the simultaneously.... Closed by not secured.
Next occurrence we will provide photos and/or security video footage.

I've been using WM for years now. They are always reliable and take care with where my dumpster sits, placing it back in the right spot. Carlton was extremely helpful to me with regards to pricing and willing to work with me. They appreciate a good customer. It's a win-win using WM. Thank you!

Waste Management is terrible to work with. Absolutely no communication. IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of a live agent. They renewed my contract without a signature, then proceeded, a little at a time, to increase my payment to TRIPLE to what I was paying.

Well, I have been trying for months to get a replacement cover for the recycling pail. First time I called the rep insisted my day was Thursday. She insisted. Said the cover would be taken care of. Of course not on Monday pick up. Then I tried calling again. Was left on hold and gave up. Tried to schedule online, nothing. So now my barrel fills with rain water and is difficult for this 75 year old to raise it to the wheels to roll it out.

Edit to this complaint. Called again and spoke with Kim who apologized regarding this situation. She instructed me to place the barrel, now completely broken, at the curb on Friday, 11/29 and a worker would come and replace the barrel. Well, no one showed up. Guess I'll have to return the barrel myself to WM property and forget about recycling which is very upsetting.

Horrible trash pickup driver. Every week without fail the driver of the truck, I’m not sure if they have the same one every week but today it was 108144, picks up the trash bin, drives with it and dumps it at my neighbors. It’s beyond annoying and rude.

Drivers keep placing bins back tipped over (can cause rodent problems as they can crawl right in) and placing trash bin directly in the path of my neighbors driveway. There is a clear section in front of my home where I RESPECTFULLY place my bins. They shouldn’t be blocking an entire driveway when they are put back down or just tossed down so they land how/wherever. This happens almost every time they do removal. Trying to find a way to post the video but I’m currently on hold with the company going on 30 min as Samuel with online support didn’t respond to my chat. I wrote this whole review while still on hold 🙄😤🤬

Update on Oct 3, 2024: I just watched as the truck with registration 1JW602 dumped over my bin after emptying it and left it blocking the sidewalk with the top open yet again.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, informed and courteous. Scheduling for drop off and pickup was flexible and they were helpful in choosing the correct size of dumpster I needed. I would highly recommend them for their service.

Yard waste is not being picked up on time consistently in Cranston. Sometimes 4 or 5 days late. I don't mind the wait but there is no notice, no calendar or public announcement as far as I can find. Reaching someone at WM is nearly impossible. Reporting a missed pickup should not take 45 minutes.
