Landfill is poorly managed and very difficult to get around in, during the winter the landfill is a soup bowl and always expect to catch a nail or screw or large pieces of metal in your tire. The operators fly by customers in large equipment and continuous breaking OSHA and other safety laws including WM rules and regulations.

We’ve had so many problems the last 6 months since we moved into the Anderson area from Redding.
Ridiculous hold times, call back never seems to work out. They put the wrong address on our trash cans. They don’t pick it up saying our trash isn’t out but it is & have video proof from our ring camera it is out. We dispute it and they don’t pick it up like they say they will.
Wish we had another option.

Dumped in Anderson’s landfill for many years, recently I had stopped going as the service was horrible. However they have hired a new person and I’m happy to say I’m back dumping with WM his customer service is much better than the person before.

I am disappointed that Waste Management fines customers for putting a piece of foam in the recycling container. Coming from the neighboring City of Redding where they recycle foam, it was my understanding foam was now being accepted. It would seem more appropriate to educate their customers rather than act punitively towards them with a $32 fine.

I like that we have WM for pick up. The only thing I don't like is stop treating my trash can like a basketball. You break it your going to replace it.

I have used WM for DECADES...Never had an issue, never had a mess left after they had been by...Sadly, I don't know my driver, because I am usually gone when they roll by, but am pleased with the service.
