First photo is from June 2022 when we were house hunting and found our dream home which we purchased. We were very specific in telling our realtor we wanted a private backyard. Current photo is now with an apartment complex in our backyard. We were not from this area so we had no idea the field of trees behind our fence were already planned to be taken down and turned into an apartment complex. I understand we should have done our own research and we regret that daily, however it would have been nice and the right thing to do, if the reality company would have been honest and shared this information. We were absolutely going to buy a home in Fairhope, we would have just continued looking for our home. Future buyers, please do your on research regarding the area surrounding a home you are considering to purchase. The realtors at Wise reality will not inform you of an apartment complex going up in your backyard.

Sandy Wise and Laura Norton handled the sale of my house in Daphne, that I had already vacated and moved across the country. They went above and beyond the call of duty to keep an eye on the house in addition to showing it on a very regular basis. They are responsive, they know the local market, and they helped me problem solve all the way through closing. I really felt they were genuinely concerned about me, and not just in it for the commission. I would not have been able to sell the house without them. I can't sing their praises enough.

Hereby I take the pleasure of giving you one star rating due to the fact that you still have not paid a certain sum of money (exceeding 1000 dollars) to a certain subject which strived to give you the best possible service despite the circumstances and after receiving such service you left without paying or even saying a word. Since the first time I called you you stopped responding to my calls, as well as emails that the husband of Mrs. Wise provided me with (who also did not respond).
