I HAVE BEEN RENTING FROM WIREGRASS PROPERTY FOR 7 YEARS NOW, I GAVE THEM A 3 STAR BECAUSE, LEANNA AND THERESA WORKED WITH ME WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WENT OUT OF TOWN NY ON VACATION, HE GOT SICK AND PASSED IN NY FROM COVID 19 AND I HAD TO BE THERE A MONTH AND A HALF ,AND THEY UNDERSTUND I COULD NOT PAY MY RENT AT THE TIME, AND I STILL HAVE MY PLACE, THE 3 STARS ARE CAUSE IT TAKE THEM FOR EVER TO FIX THING, MY CAR PORCH BEEN IN NEED TO BE FIX FOR 4 YEARS , THEY JUST REMOVED IT A MONTH AGO AND YET TO REPLACE IT, I CANT EVEN PUT UP MY CHRISTMAS LIGHTS WITH ALL THESE WIRES HANGING EVER WHERE, IM JUST HOPING THEY GET IT DONE SOON. WHO WANT TO LIVE LIKE THIS , I KNOW THEY WOULDN'T WANT THEY HOUSE LOOKING LIKE THIS ON THE HOLIDAYS OR ANY DAY SO WHY SHOULD I. CAN YALL PLEASE GET IT DONE!!!!!!?

They have been phenomenal in all areas of a rental management company! They make it convenient to schedule repairs through a website and they make it easy for tenants to pay their rent without ever having to step in the door.
