I've had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment complex is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located. A special shoutout to the maintenance staff—especially Mr. Holmes. He has consistently gone above and beyond to address any issues promptly and efficiently. His dedication and professionalism have truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place!

This past weekend which was the holiday, my bathtub wouldn’t shut off. In the midst of it I panicked . So. I tried everything I knew to do but it didn’t work. I put emergency maintenance request. Domoneek came out replaced some hardware in the tub . He was fast and efficient. Now diverter is working properly. Thank you Domoneek for fixing it and cleaning up behind himself

It was hot in our apartment, Domoneek came to our unit, talk to us about the problem walked us through it. With in 30 minutes it cooled off and is now working perfectly.

Domoneek is by far the best!! I can always count on him for big and small request. Even with my dogs out he still shows up for me! He's very nice and always quick to respond! Thank you!

This place has turned into a complete circus.. Poor communication and accountability from anyone. They are very dismissive and try to make everything a fine. I have never had problems until now. The payment process is a complete joke! They no longer accepts money orders but the online tool only works 50% of the time. You must pay 30.00 more to use a debit or credit card. Then it takes almost a week to post a checking account payment mind you one of my payments never posted and funds were released back to my account, only for them to send me a notice that needed to make the payment again 10 days later. If you are considering moving into a new complex, this is not the place! I used to be proud to call this place my community and the staff was easy to communicate with, but now it gives me a headache every time I have to talk to anyone in office leadership!

Domoneek came to our apt to replace blinds. Which we thought were broke but he fixed them. He ensured us they were secure now. Whenever he comes he always jokes around and makes us laugh. Real good dude.Thanks D for all your help.
