While staying at a wine country home, rodents crawled up into the walls and died. They were not removed, we were asked to wait for the smell to dissipate. The fireplace did not work all winter long and we were charged $450 for the missing remote that the handyman lost trying to fix it. The sewage backed up into the shower overflowing into the bathroom causing the hot water heater to short circuit. Also the AC died during a heatwave, twice. We were never given a discount or an apology. The rep was not present for our walk through and didn’t return our damage deposit in the timeline required by law. I don’t think you could ask for a worse experience.

So far so good excellent communication skills with the staff Alexa is awesome explains everything in great detail . I have only talk with Alexa , VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE… I have to say this is the best so far
