This place is not worth the headache don’t let the looks fool you. It’s sad for the amount of rent I pay monthly and I can’t even get maintenance request completed in a timely manner. I constantly have to call and beg for someone to service my unit. when something does get fixed it’s back messed up the next month. I’ve had plumbing issues since move in and now water comes up through my floors when raining and ceiling leaks. My trash disposal is always out of service and I can’t even wash dishes or prepare a meal in my kitchen. This is day 5 of me calling with no results. A few photos of what you deal with living here!

Let me just say, that when I first moved to Windsor back in 2016 I had the best experience. The most over the top management, leasing team, and even maintenance. Any time I thought about moving, I remember just how much appreciation and respect was shown. Ms. Pam (THE ABSOUTLEY BEST) was a jewel! When she was there you never had to worry about anyone not answering the office phone, any notification not being received, and if she knew you were a long time resident and she hadn’t heard from you she would always check in. Even if there was an miscommunication she would take accountability. She would never tell an resident that "a RING security camera isn't reliable" when at one point they were encouraging and even giving incentives to residents who got one. The true definition of a superior customer service and leadership skills! I have gone through several ownership changes, but since Summer of 2022 I have had the WORST experience. The new management company is the most aggressive and unprofessional company I have every seen. The new management team shows so much unprofessional behavior that is in sicken. They look at your issues do not matter. There is so much Lack of communication, lack of accountability, and the list carries on. There is no concern or empathy to any issues that may come up. You try to call the office no one answers, you try to email- zero communication. When Pam left the complex just went completely downhill. There is constant trash in front of the compact, the main gate is never open when it supposed to, pool was barley opened. Even going through the move out process, it’s like pulling teeth. I tried calling so many times to get clear instructions on what needed to be done. When I was able to get to the office, I was told “I thought she sent this to you last month” & “we’re drowning in quick sand”. (she did apologize surprisingly)
Once upon a time, Windsor was a great complex to live in- Now, I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay there.

If I could give zero stars I would, do not move here if you expect anything to happen in your life ever. The management team are the most lying, conniving, underhanded human beings I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and my entire life is turned upside down because the office staff literally get paid to answer the phone and still don't. Outdated, run down apartments for high end prices. Do not waste your time or your money on this place or any property owned by the same company.

Renters beware!! Liz in the office is trying to fleece residents out of money they don't owe. When she makes a mistake depositing a rent check because she keyed in the wrong account number she will still argue with you and tell you she did nothing wrong. They want a $75.00 late fee for their mistake. This place has gone down hill since Pam left. The office staff is rude and extremely uneducated. The maintenance staff is non-existent and when they do finally come to "fix a problem" they create more problems because they have no idea what they are doing. Please reconsider before moving here.

I lived at this property for about 4 years. I loved it! I had a 2/2.5 that was very spacious. The property was very well maintained by the staff.
