Seems like this company is part of the new scam going around of letting tenants fill out applications only to collect the application money. We have now applied for the same rental twice that was posted within one month of each other on Zillow. Both times were turned down, even when we were the first to apply the second time. I had tried calling multiple times received no call back was promised a refund the first time around, they must have forgot about that aswell. This management team is extremely unreliable, takes your money, then goes unresponsive. Now that this has happened twice I have a feeling it isn’t so coincidental. I was talking to Cynthia who was in charge of the property on 929 Rose Ave in Pleasanton. Seems the first time they tried to rent the place, they collected the application money then I called that day to find out the house was “just leased”. Then come to see the house posted not even a month later I jumped to reapply, we were told we were the first applicants. Turned in applications and pay stubs only to get no response after four calls and voicemails. Unfortunate turns of event I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I’m not new to real estate as I’ve worked in the broker market and can say I’ve never not responded to clients. Extremely unprofessional on Cynthia’s end I hope she learns better job etiquette in the future if she hopes to grow her clientele or do her job.

I don't typically write reviews but I have to say that I have been working with Kandy and her team for well over a decade now and I love this team. They are honest, they work hard for both the tenant and owners, they are very responsive, patient, maintenance is WONDERFUL and they act so quickly. I truly believe they have the best interest of the tenant and the owners. I highly recommend Wilson as a property manager. I have had nothing but amazing, friendly, professional experiences from everyone I have dealt with over the years.

I have been a tenant for 2 years with Wilson Property Management and they are great. Very responsive with maintenance requests or any phone calls or emails I send. I have always had a great experience with the office staff and Cassie, the office manager goes above and beyond her duties to keep their tenants happy. If you’re looking for a rental in the East Bay Area, I’d recommend checking their website first. Great people, great company, great experience.

As a renter who had the misfortune of having Wilson as the Property Management company, I want to send a PSA to all home owners that you can't find a worse property management company than Wilson. I had a direct connection with the home owner because we both knew Wilson was never up to the task and would charge astronomical prices to provide poor service. Avoid Wilson at all cost!

This is a terrible company to do business with. If you choose to rent from them make sure before you move in that you take pictures showing the date of every scratch and damage. At the end they will charge you for normal wear and tear and they will take you to court.

Recently had a flood in Townhouse and it left damage to the flooring. They came in and replaced with new flooring, we had a problem with a slow leak in toilet. They replaced the old toilet with a sparkling new one. They were very professional, prompt and of good cheer. They made my year. Appreciate the response and Happy Holidays to all the staff and especially the owner of the townhouse where I live. I rarely give reviews, but they earned this one.

This management company is horrible and no one should ever consider renting from any property managed by them. They exploited the COVID-19 pandemic's shelter in place to exclude us from the move out inspection. They then without any proof and without being willing to show any proof took 10% of our security deposit when we cleaned the house to better than when we moved in. There was no good faith effort on the property management or owner's side to resolve this dispute. DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED UNDER THIS COMPANY or Gary Draghi. Learning a lot about PMC’s. This place is so inept @ call backs and keeping maintenance appts. They never return phone calls. They need to fire their maintenance staff. Period. Worst company ever.
