I would give William Douglas a negative star review if that were possible. Horrible management! We pay a large monthly assessment at our condo (Yorkville Condo in Greenville) but the place is a mess. Garbage strewn around, no weeding done, and MONTHS to get simple repairs made. Thumbs way down!

I don't understand why the quarterly payment for HOA increases every year...Ideally the payments should be reduced each time the home getting old. Also the current HOA is not giving proper information to home owners about facilities and services....Also i want to mention it hard that my lawn is not being taken care nicely...i will attach the photos kindly see and decide on whether you want to come to this community or not...They are taking 290$ and 1.99$ for echeck still the condition of the lawn is soo poor and worst...
please be careful thank you all

The worst run Management company I have ever experienced! HORRIBLlY INCOMPETENT and mismanaged, along with poor communication and failure to adhere to proper rules and regulations. They make me want to sell my condo, if I would have known they were the management company, I would have never purchased the condo! I will likely sell it to not have to deal with them. Stay away and look for a better property management company if you are looking for a company to manage a large complex!

William Douglas is terribly slow to work with. There is no sense of urgency when dealing with them. I have been waiting close to 2 months for a simple refund check to be cut. The check is in the mail is the response. Completely frustrating.

If I could give this company a negative five-star rating, I absolutely would. This is hands down the most unprofessional HOA management company I’ve ever dealt with. For six months, I’ve been trying to get approval to build a fence around my home, but no matter how many designs I submit, they either get denied or they ask for more information. Even when I got professional drawings from a fencing company, they still rejected them. Communication is horrendous—getting a response to an email takes 4-5 weeks, and they never return phone calls. At this point, I’d rather just go ahead and build the fence and pay the penalty fee than wait another six months for approval. I do not recommend this company at all—completely unprofessional and unhelpful.

WDM is incredibly irresponsible with homeowners’ money, often making financial decisions that seem questionable at best. Communication is nearly impossible—calls go unanswered, emails ignored, and urgent concerns are dismissed without resolution. Their lack of accountability and professionalism has caused unnecessary frustration and stress. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone; they are a disservice to any community they manage.

I’ve had the displeasure of working with WD for about a year and a half. I’ve utilized both phone calls and emails, in an effort to get in contact them. I’ve never gotten a response. Ever! I finally decided to call and call and call, and call some more, and was able to get someone on the phone. Once. They swore our issues would be resolved. That was almost a year again and NOTHING has been addressed. Now we’ve received a letter about a POSSIBLE violation. What?! Is it a violation or is it not a violation. We have 10 days to answer said “possible” issue. Once again, we’ve spent the past week pestering them looking for an answer. Phone calls and emails, with no response. No answers. No communication. There is community property that needs to be maintained on the other side of our fence. I’ve called to request that landscaping takes care of it. Per usual? Nothing. No correspondence, and no issue resolved. Weeds are often taller than our 6 foot privacy fence. If you’re looking for a management company to collect their fees, as part of your dues, never to be heard from again, this is the management company for you.The previous Managament company was fired by the developer for being “too resident friendly.” That’s when W&D came into the picture. That should tell you all you need to know.
