The neighborhood is nice but you’re going to HAVE TO STAY ON TOP of every issue. As soon as something is out of warranty, they wash their hands!

My daughters AC malfunctioned from improper installation. ALL the refrigerant leaked out DUE TO A BAD brazing connection. We’ve already paid AIR KING TO fix, but AXIOS WILL NOT COMEBACK to fix leak. They said THATS OUR PROBLEM! A 3 Year Old AC having a problem😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫! That SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

Our family moved in in Jan' 2019. Since or move in date we have had nothing but good things to say of Jeff, Micheal and the rest of the staff. If something needs repair it is done in a timely fashion. We are very pleased and extremely happy with our new home.....
