We had a problem with a house she manages next door to us. It was a very complex situation with a tree falling in-between our homes and a sick owner. Kelsey handled the problem for everyone like a real pro. Highly recommend.

So far it’s been a great experience! My home was just leased but everything was well taken care of by Kelsey and explained everything as things went along. Terrible experience it took 4 months for them fix a electrical issue my power was going out constantly and I work from home so it wasn’t a minor inconvenience after I lost my job the problem was fixed

Your property :Arbors at Windsor Lake 8720 Windsor Lake Blvd Columbia SC needs a thorough inspection/visit and up to date appliances. I lived here for 2 years, and the last year has been unbearable. The staff and maintenance are uneducated, unprofessional, inattentive, unavailable and unproductive. Our rent / bills are paid Monthly but the service here isn't. My AC unit has worked since the end of May 2023. Our appliances are dated, barely working. We have a portable unit, in my living room! Right by the door for my guest to see! It's barely working because it was brought with a filthy filter in it! The pool hasn't been opened the entire time living here, and I have kids! We have been hot and uncomfortable the entire summer! Our lights keeps going out in both bathrooms. The breaker box has to be set 3 times a week because of all the fans going as we try to stay cool. Our kitchen sink has a constant drip (4weeks now) and we pay for water. We just want to live comfortably. Moving here from a different state has been disappointing to say the least.
We need things resolved here ASAP!

Great experience with Wilder Property Management, very responsive, very professional, very helpful and I highly recommend!!! Our newly built home was delayed for a few months, while renting with Wilder, but Kelsey and MCCauley worked with us and were most accommodating!!! It was truly a Blessing!!!
