MOVE HERE, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

We were searching at places in the Greenwood area to relocate from NJ. First time around (June 2023) we looked at apartments/townhouses, but nothing appealed to us. Second time around (August 2023) my fiancée visited alone and found Wildwood MHP. She immediately LOVED it, and with so many new homes, we had a vast selection to choose from. She immediately contacted the leasing office and obtained all the information. Ana Carol was very efficient in getting back to us and emailing all info/application. Fast forward 4 weeks and I had a job offer/interview and we visited again (Oct 2023). Since I had been offered the job and just had to take care of the legalities, we came prepared with application & fee. She (I could not be there that day) met with Ana Carol on Monday 10/9/23 and after touring the park and choosing our new home, all paperwork was submitted and 3 days later we received the call that we had been approved. Fast Forward 6 weeks (end of Nov) we packed up NJ and moved to SC. Now 2 months later we could not be happier. Plan on staying here for years to come. We have even asked if we could purchase the home since we LOVE IT so much.

Community: Very quiet & friendly. If you have any problems, they are on it. Lin (maintenance) will be at your door before you hang up the phone. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move into a quiet peaceful neighborhood.
