If you’re looking for a true “western” experience, this is the place! Located on the border of Southern Utah and Northern Arizona, this place is conveniently located to see some of the best places the west has to offer. Zion National Park, The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, The Coral Pink Sand Dunes are all a short drive away from this amazing place! Each tiny home has a unique theme and decor further enhancing your experience here. The owners live in close proximity and have taken great care to keep the authenticity of the land, but still give you the complete comfort of your home. They have some of the best fire pits in the area so you can enjoy the stary night skies while sitting by your own private fire area. Definitely recommend this place!

Love the quaint shed/tiny house conversions to cabins. The view is a killer and the staff are so nice. It’s winter and windy 40F but feels like 30F outside and I’m warm and cozy inside with a split system 75F warm watching YouTube. WiFi is good and they are dog-friendly. My original cabin I booked had a power outage so they switched me to an equally nice cabin.

The owners are very hospitable & the cabins are lovely. There is everything you need in the cabin for your visit; cooking supplies, some spices & grills on the porch. We visited during the first snow of the season but there's plenty of blankets & the heater kept our cabin warm. The animals are sweet & you can feed them the green hay bundles. The goats like compost treats such as berries & vegetables.
We also work remotely & were happy for to have wifi.
There is a grocery store & dollar general less than 10 minutes from the farm.

5/6/23 Arrived today.
Place is adorable! It's cozy, cute, and seems stocked with all necessary amenities. The view from front porch is breathtaking (photos added), it looks unreal. It's cold for May, windy, and really peaceful.

2nd ladder rung is broken, not knowing, I tried climbing it. It was frightening to have it give as soon as I stepped on it.
We notified hosts, but they've been slow at responding since we first booked.

Water is luke warm, at best. It's also a rain shower (bring shower cap if you don't want to wet hair). Blinds are melted so they don't lay flat. Room is very light during the day.

Loft is shallow and not practical for large adults. I'm 5'9" and 140lbs. I got up there ok. I could move around & hang out, but I'm scared the other rungs may not be very secure ?

The fireplace & horseshoes are a fabulous features, we're really looking forward to using them. Area is desert landscape & pretty sparse. We're excited to explore a bit, it looks really fun. ?

Will update...

Hosts got back to us about fixing the ladder. We also figured out the water in the shower is warmer when the handle is closer to the "off", if that makes sense. I don't enjoy rain showers, but that's preference. The bed is soft, and that's tough on our backs, but i know some people love soft beds. Minor things that didn't ruin our trip.

We explored Hurricane and Laverkin, such fun artsy towns, and only about 30 minutes away. We were also able to stop by Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, less than an hour away. Both gorgeous drives. The scenery alone is worth the trip.

It's been a fabulous weekend, we plan to return for sure.

I stayed in the Dusty Rose for a couple nights with 2 friends a couple weeks ago. It was a little snug with 3 people, but it served us perfectly as a base camp while exploring Zion.

It was very affordable, clean, and comfortable. It was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, and the little Super Nintendo emulator (unfortunately didn't get a chance to play) and the guitar (did play!) were nice touches.

Nice scenery in the area, and the stars were great at night - really just writing the review to share the pic I got

I stayed in the Wild West 40 Homestead with a friend and I can’t speak highly enough of this awesome place. Every convenience was considered, the bed was so comfy, it was immaculately clean, and I can’t think of a more beautiful setting. The picture was at sunset. So pretty and peaceful. The animals were a lot of fun as well.

My cabin had a theme "Denim and Diamonds". Tastefully done w/ unique accessories. All the comforts of home. Dog friendly, kid friendly W/ sleeping loft. A quiet rural setting w/ horses, cows, goats and chickens, all taken care of very well. So quiet you notice it's quiet. Great location!
