Mold infested, Melissa is terrible. My son died in these apartments. They are only money hungry, they do not care about tenants. My fiance and kids stayed here and this was the most terrible, unethical place I've seen.

They refuse to comply with my insurance company. Melissa in the front office is terrible, they break the law as well. She was legally supposed to give us our final ledger of accounts and never did, she always says she's going to call corporate to handle business and never does, it's been over 3 people I know who have dealt with mold in these apartments. I requested my mold test, never got them, my insurance company did and never got them, not only that they are very racist! You've been warned

If it was possible to leave a no star I would! We moved in and our stove didn’t work. Took months for a new one. Break in’s, gun fire and arguing! Terrible! I get it’s an apartment complex, the amenities are absolutely disgusting.. pools are murky, chairs are from the 80’s, workout room is the size of a shoe box.. the mirrors make it look bigger. Nothing describes the amount of trauma and PTSD I am being treated for after living there, yes I am really seeing a therapist. Spend the extra $200 a month and live somewhere descent. Worst mistake we ever made! Trigger warning… if you want to stay sane.. stay the hell away! They made a tenant pay for her carpet to be replaced after she moved out and lived there for over 15 years.. umm.. wow.. JUST DO NOT DO IT! Beware!!!! You have been warned! DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES.. that’s all! Have a great day.. oh.. and they only reply to good reviews. No need to respond if you are complaining.. pay attention.. they do the same thing when you live there, ijs!

I have lived here for over a year and this place really is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The people in the office, from the leasing agents to the maintenance people, are always super helpful and friendly. Any issue I've had was addressed/fixed within 24 hours and they even check back with you to make sure things are still going well. They take the time to get to know their tenants and they actually care for your well-being. They also communicate with us really well (via text, email and notes on the door occasionally). I feel very safe and comfortable living here.

I have been here for one year and have just renewed my lease. It is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to live. I hardly hear my neighbors through walls and maintainence requests are completed quickly.

Hi, I have been living at Whispering Pines for almost 2 years. For my first move I lived downstairs with great upstairs neighbors, but I was not able to go up and down the stairs for health reasons. The management kept an eye out for a top floor apartment for me to move in when available. I have now since moved to top flooring, again with great neighbors, quiet atmosphere and a safe environment. I like the neighborhood and I love my apt. The only reason I would want leave here would be to one day have my own house. The management is very responsive and attentive to the needs of their rental community. I am very grateful and blessed to have found a place of my own here at Whispering Pines.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and this is one of the best apartment complexes in LaGrange! It’s not too expensive, especially comparing some of the other prices around! Any maintenance requests I’ve ever had were solved super quick and the office ladies are sooooo nice (they even know me by name!)

Great place to live. I currently live here and it's quite and we have friendly neighbors. It's a little high for it being an older apartment complex (900.00 month for 3 bedroom two bath) but definitely cheaper than the surrounding areas apartments. I am glad I moved in. It's a great stepping stone to the future of owning your own home.

I've been here almost a year now. And it's been a great experience. The property manager is super sweet and the maintenance guys are awesome. I love the fact that they have pest control. I haven't seen a bug yet!! If you have a problem with anything they don't hesitate coming to take care of it. I love living here!!
