What’s a mortgage made my home buying process go so smoothly. I hit up Minh on IG and he reached out to me to set up a call with his lenders. Efrain called us that same day. He was amazing to work with and recommend him to anyone. On Our initial call he ran some numbers to see what we could potentially qualify for and then helped us build our credit to qualify for more. The process went by fairly quick, we reached out in late September and worked on what we needed to work on and was pre approved in November. After being pre-approved we found our house within 2 weeks. It went by fast, we closed in 21 days as promised. Efrain referred a real estate agent & when I say he was amazing! In a seller market you want a shark. 1 other offer on the house and we still made out with 15k seller credit. I highly recommend Ray & Don.
