I recently moved into Westland @ Daisy Apartments in Long Beach, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Wendy Gutierrez was absolutely fantastic—she got me through the move-in process quickly and smoothly. She even provided a starter kit for my move, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Wendy was incredibly transparent throughout the process and continues to check in to make sure everything is going well. When I thought I had a maintenance issue (which turned out to be my error), Wendy arranged for someone to come out the same day. Even though it ended up being a simple fix (just flipping a light switch), the maintenance team was super friendly and professional about it.

My apartment is clean, cozy, and adorable—everything I could ask for. Wendy made this entire transition seamless, and I can't thank her enough for her help. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it! I need to unpack but provided some picks of spaces that I finished, Stay tuned for updates!! Thank you Wendy!!

WORST REAL ESTATE GROUP AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP EVER!!!!!

Here are some pictures of one of the properties they own in Texas. What a Shame. With this company, your concerns are NOT heard. You feel like another number in their bank account. Maybe it's different in California, but the lack of concern for Texas is appalling.

Save yourself some trouble and find a different rental option.

Honest opinion from a tenant currently living at a westland location in Los Angeles. I lived here since 2016 and I must say, My experience with Westland administration overall sucks. From rent money mismanagement to false accusations with employees. However, their maintenance is competent and punctual with completing work orders so kudos to them.
The landlord situation was pretty trash up until Ms. Allison Ariawan roughly around 2022-present. I've had a few disagreements with her but respectively through it all, she is very professional, courteous, and I honestly believes she wants to resolve the tenants issue or concerns.

Great place and great management! Allison Ariawan my on site community manager is the best! Always extremely helpful and responsive. Fantastic communication and has helped me out a ton with any issues that have come up and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order. Cant recommend enough

From day one of meeting Wendy Gutierrez
she was very informative, punctual, and friendly. Wendy went above and beyond to accommodate our specifications in a new apartment. She kept us up to date every step of the way and even when a location was already taken; Wendy searched and searched to find us a new one. As a bonus to her exceptional work ethic; she also knew where all the great taco spots were! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would definitely recommend going through Wendy G from Westland for all your needs in looking and obtaining a new place!!!

Wendy Gutierrez is amazing from start to finish!! I love how she has made my first time moving experience unforgettable and amazing. She kept constant communication with me through the whole process and always returned my calls promptly. She made sure I was reassured and had pleasant attitude and wonderful personality. I honestly will probably never move if she stays my manager. I can’t thank her enough for communicating with me and making sure I was approved for my apartment

WORST WORST WORST APARTMENT COMPANY TO RENT FOR! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY DUE TO DISORGANIZATION!!! UNETHICAL PRACTICES - CHARGED ME FOR A MONTH I DIDNT EVEN STAY! I GAVE 30 day notice!!!! They changed property managers and lost the notice? Charged me for a month I didn’t stay!!! Impossible to get in contact with.

Our elevator has been out for over 3 years most of the ones that really need it are Seniors that are up stairs! When it is working it's only 3days at a time we are lucky if is a week! What is really sad is they put a New Enntry System an even that doesn't work sometimes it's not safe an then they put in New Mail Boxes! We didn't even need them! We need the Elevator
