I've been renting from Western Property Management for over two years now and have only had amazing experiences. I haven't had any major issues with my rentals but if something has come up they are quick to respond to me and even quicker to have someone out at the property. I don't think I've ever waited more than 2 hours to hear back from them if I've reached out. People often talk about horror stories renting in Santa Cruz but Western Property seems to be the exception! I hope to as long as I'm a renter I'm with them!

We moved into our apartment during the height of the pandemic and Western has been an exemplary management company. Always quick to address maintenance issues, even going so far as to replace all the aging balconies and external doors without being asked simply to ensure the property remains safe and looks nice. The staff has been courteous and professional and I'm so glad that we rent from them as opposed to some of the frankly awful alternatives in this area. An excellent hands on management company that consistently meets and exceeds expectations. Staff are professional and quick to respond. Having owned rental property, this is

I have nothing but great things to say about Western.
The office team is absolutely exceptional. Always very friendly, very professional, and responsive. If you have a question they get back to you right away.
The maintenance crew is always prompt and takes care of things right away no matter how big or small the issue may be.
They make paying rent easy and efficient with an online portal as well as being able to request maintenance requests.
In short, an extremely organized, professional, friendly, and courteous property management team!
