I just moved into the community, absolutely amazed by the upkeep of the grounds, the space of the untis and especiallythe staff! Michaela was extremely helpful, always willing to answer any and all questions, prompt with phone calls. Gene/Jean (spell check) and Nico are always attentive with any and all maintenance needs. They helped me get off to a great start in my new home! I would definitely recommend this complex!

I would like to acknowledge the high level of professionalism and quality service of the team in the leasing office. In this area of metro Atlanta It’s really hard to come across quality management like what they have here, they are led by a great manager that I believe would do well at higher levels within the company that runs Wesley Travento, they are also willing to go the extra mile and are very knowledgeable and informative about the property and take their time with explaining the financials and other matters that are of importance to being a tenant there. While I’m not a fan of some of the tenants that live here, i can only speak to my experience, but I would highly recommend this property.

These people keep deleting my reviews but I’m REPOSTING…
I usually don’t do reviews but please don’t move here. Try across the street or anywhere else. It has been the worst experience. It’s ROACH GALORE, like seriously an infestation. They are everywhere, LITERALLY. These people come spray and it does nothing. I had to go purchase roach baits. I’ve never had roaches anywhere, I am a very clean person. Another thing, the apartment is so moldy, I told the office that multiple times and they did not care. It is mold on every vent in this apartment and I’m pretty sure it’s behind the walls. After several request They finally decided to show up with bleach bottle and white spray paint to band aid the mold! And then it grows back! Disgusting! When we first moved in the apartment flooded and it took them weeks to fix that! Also, there was a dead rat in the breezeway for about a week before anybody came and got it. I am so ready for this lease to end. Everyone in our building is moving and we are NEXT! Long story short, don’t do it. I wish I was warned.

So. When I went to apply for these apartments I was greeted by Makayla or however you shall spell her name. I explained my situation to her and she lead me to believe I was able to get the apartment. We'll after I applied and sending in EVERYTHING that was asked for she never got back in touch with me. After a week of me calling she FINALLY called back to say I wasn't qualified for the apartment which it shouldn't have took that long to known especially when she said it wouldn't take but as long as 24hr. Bad misrepresentation on her part and after reading these reviews, I'm GLAD I did move in here anyway.......

This is my first year living here at this property, and I must say that I am disappointed and disgusted by the actions and attitude from the leasing staff while residing at this property.

For the past few days, I have experienced the aftermath of a washer machine malfunction, which flooded and overflowed onto my kitchen floor and onto the carpet causing carpet damage in my unit. This later led to an unpleasant/ foul odor/ mildew smell embedding into my carpet. After putting in a few emergency maintenance requests, I was given the run around about receiving a new washer/ dryer but was told that the issue was fixed when in actuality the issue was not fixed because of a minor mistake on maintenance be half.

Please be aware of the lack of professionalism and the lack of communication from the leasing staff and the unwillingness to address my issues or concerns.

Yesterday 5/27, I inquired about the ETA of maintenance coming to my unit to address my work order requests after calling three times and being advised by Deidre Gresham, a leasing agent that maintenance will come to my unit. I was advised that the office closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. Yesterday slightly after hours, I was rudely greeted by Michaela Jones, a leasing consultant at the lithia springs location who disrecptfully told me that she was in vacay mode and was at the pool with her kids on Memorial Day and couldn’t help me with anything. She told me that she was just getting back from vacation and couldn’t help me and wasn’t willing to help. Her demeanor was very nasty and very rude which was very unlikely of her. She asked if I had submitted an emergency work order request and called the emergency maintenance hotline. I advised her that I did and she told me there was nothing that she could do for my 3 year old daughter and I and continued to say oh well because she was at the pool with her kids and just came back from vacation.

She continued to state that her colleagues were off the clock too and would tell me the same thing. She was focused on her kids and didn’t care about the unsafe conditions of my apartment situation. I followed the correct protocol as outlined in my lease, but no one seemed to care about my requests or the concerns I had. Nor did anyone followup with me or properly communicated any updates out of respect. I advised Michaela Jones that I wasn’t even up there for her and that I wanted to speak with Deidre because I kept getting the run around. I’ve mainly been in contact with Deidre Gresham and a few times with Keith Murphy.

This past weekend, I was advised there was only one maintenance worker working. Last time, my unit was serviced on 5/24 and I was hoping for the Maintenance man, Emanuel to service my unit as discussed on the following Monday. I was also advised that the vendor that you all use to clean carpets wouldn’t be able to clean my carpet until Tuesday 5/28/24. In the midst of waiting to receive an update on the status of my washer maintenance request, my AC went out.

I had to stay in a hotel last night because it was 80 degrees in my apartment. 80 degrees in my apartment is too hot for a 3 year old to sleep throughout the night. Mildew and mold is unsafe, unpleasant, disturbing and unfit living conditions for a 3 year old and myself. I was really looking forward to staying another year at this property, but after this negative encounter, I will no longer be renewing my lease. Wesley Trevento started off strong but has most definitely turned downhill.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this community because of their Bad business. I am in disgust and disbelief by the behavior and actions I received from the leasing staff. No one should have to deal with a team who is unwilling to help and/ or provide updates nor willing to address any of your concerns. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” (Matthew 7:12 and Luke 6:31)

Very disappointed in how this community is operated and ranned.

I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews , I worked with Sierra , in which I bugged her to death , but she remained consistent and professional, very personable, at the end of the day it’s as difficult as you want to make as long as you have your end covered she will have you covered , my unit was completely renovated, before you move all your belongings in I like how they give you the option to do a inspection on YOUR OWN , so if there’s Issues you can definitely let them know ahead of time ! I currently have no complaints ! Thank you Sierra !!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Rented for a year in a unit that had all types of problems. Maintenance and office were aware that the heating and cooling unit needed to be replaced & failed to mention before we moved in. Maintenance dragged their feet on repairs & had horrible communication. Office still was upset we didn’t renew lease even after we reported mold in our apartment that they never came to “fix”. Do not recommend

I thought it was nice at first but now I wish I chose a different place to move in. I am constantly having maintenance issues. The whole reason I chose an upgraded unit was to avoid these issues. But now Im just paying more for stuff that doesnt work.
Ive only lived here for 5 months. First, my AC was broken and it took 2 and a half months for them to fix it. Not to mention 7 work orders, 3 office visits, and multiple emails and calls. They have been ignoring my emails. I only ever got 1 response.
During the hurricane Helene, our ceiling started leaking. Now theres mold growing along the ceiling and walls, the structure is peeling apart, and there is extensive water damage. My work order was marked complete, but I guess they only fixed the leak. They havent come by to fix the mold ir the peeling walls. And just today I learned my heat is broken too. So that will probably be another 2 months of waiting for them to fix it. I keep asking for a copy of my lease, but for whatever reason they cant seem to respond to my emails. Tired of all the issues. Especially when they have a “48 hr service guarantee.”
