I worked with John at WERX Realty to buy my current home. Excellent communication, worked very diligently and went over the top to make sure the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. Responsive with questions and even responded late nights and when he was supposed to be unavailable. Would recommend and would work with him and Werx again in the future.

After signing a seller offer. melany coletti went behind our backs,and was entertaining and accepting another offer and setting our family back in finding a home though we had agreed to purchase. The realtor melany coletti was terrible misrepresented our offer, and dealt in bad faith. In home selling practices and should have her realtor license revoked.
