We had a very disappointing experience with this company. When someone crashed into the rental property, the incident was not reported to the homeowner, and the damage—including a hole in the house—was left unaddressed for over two months. During this time, the trash bin was also damaged, yet we were unfairly blamed for it.

We left the keys in the designated mailbox as instructed, but they later claimed we had not returned them—despite never checking properly. We also hired professional cleaners to thoroughly clean the house before moving out, but were still told it wasn’t clean.

Additionally, even weeks after we had moved out, we were held responsible for trash that appeared in the alley, which was not ours. The surrounding area often had homeless individuals and discarded items, but instead of investigating, the company placed the blame on us.

Communication was another major issue. They were consistently unprofessional on the phone, particularly disrespectful to my wife and me, and frequently avoided our calls when we tried to address problems.

Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.

My experience with WeLease property management was exceptional; from the initial rental application, for the entirety of my lease, and then through the move out process! A special thanks to Mildred for her communication and helpfulness! The appfolio app made paying rent and requesting maintenance a seamless and hassle free task. I wish all companies were like WeLease!

My girlfriend set up a viewing for a rental property. Apparently she received an email 2 hours before the viewing , canceling the appointment with an offer to reschedule. Not thinking she should have to check her emails beforehand , we ended up driving out there at the appointed time and only realized she'd gotten that email after we had arrived and been there for a few minutes. Later , around 8 pm she received a text offering a rescheduling of the viewing or even a self guided viewing by receiving a code to get the housekey from a lockbox outside. That is something that should have been offered in the cancelation email , as we unknowingly drove across town during the beginning of heavy traffic times and it would have been nice to have that option available since we were already there. If communication is this lacking early in the process , I feel it couldn't possibly be better later on during tenant/management communications.
