I knew who Jamie was because she sold my mom and dad their house in Locust Grove- 14 years ago!! She made such a good impression on us all, I found her 14 years later to assist me in buying my first home. Mike and Jamie were awesome to work with! As a first time home buyer who didn’t know anything about buying a house, Mike and Jamie were there to explain the process every step of the way! Jamie is an awesome negotiator, and stayed on top of the selling agent and the builder of our new home. If I need to sell my home in the future, I’ll definitely be calling Mike and Jamie!!

I had an amazing experience, everyone was so nice to me & took such great care of me in buying my first home. Melissa would meet me almost immediately at a house i was interested in, Jordan took care of all the issues regarding inspections & structural engineers quickly & mike and Jamie were just a phone call away with anything else I needed. We used Jamie at Welcome Home to sell the home she helped us purchase 10 years ago. Selling process was so smooth and Jamie always kept us updated or answered any questions we may have had. Our home she helped us purchase more than doubled in value in 10 years!! Because of this & Jamie, we were able to pay cash for our next home!

Mike & Jamie were recommended to us by a friend when we were having issues with getting anything done with our realtor. It was amazing how fast they jumped on finding the perfect house for us. They helped us through the excruciating VA loan process & when it looked like a mistake from our lender might delay our closing, they jumped through hoops to get things taken care of so we could close! I first met Jamie and Mike Upchurch in 2015 after working for two years to find a house that would be suitable, using several different agents.
