Shawny the manager is awful at her responsibilities as a manager. If you're in her office listen to her words carefully she deflects a lot while being rude to tenants, arrive late to meetings, hardly return calls and has a nasty arrogant attitude Ive heard her call clients "You people " through those thin walls as if no one can hear her. She treats tenants as if she's doing them an act from above. They steer certain groups into areas they wouldn't live themselves while offering better .aces to others.

Rude and unresponsive. I moved out in good standing in October of 2020 and even found the next tenant to rent to for them as I was leaving before the end of my lease. It is now June 1st and the waterbill is still in my name. It HAS to be changed by the leasing company
The new tenants have been paying me for the bill. This has been brought to Shawny Barcelona's (Manager) attention several times. She becomes rude, unprofessional, offensive and puts the fault on the tenant when her staff is the one that clearly dropped the ball. Shawny and her team are rude, verbally aggressive and offensive. Landlords- find a better company... You do NOT want this team to represnt you and your property.

I moved into one of their properties “Rosamond Gardens” and they’re charging a covid 19 cleaning fee, when we left. I have photos to prove our place was not left a mess when we left. We even mopped the floors. They claimed we had carpet in our unit and our unit was all old flooring , our walls were NEVER newly painted, and there was Knicks all in the corners of the walls , as well as sever water damage oh and most importantly the entire property is infested with roaches and mice!! Thus why we moved. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this as well as the governors office and AG office! I don’t not recommend this property to anyone period BEWARE. Also note the pool is not able to pass health department codes, and hasn’t been in over 2 years, also roaches live in all the properties washer and driers.The owner refuses to make proper repairs due to wanting to cut budgets also why we moved. This is absolutely the WORST PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER LIVED AT and it’s dangerous, if you move in LOCK YOUR CARS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ALARM , lock your doors and windows, I’m not being dramatic.

Our lease does not state we have a $150.00 clean up fees as some companies do request.....not the case here. I will also be emailing proper government officials regarding our “covid 19 clean up fees” as the manger of the business called it. It’s not my responsibility to pay clean up fees due to a virus that’s a business related expense. Also I’ll be reaching out to cannon management the prior management company for a copy of our move in Damage list to give the AG and Governors office.......
