We have had our two rental properties with Weaver for 10+ years now and have always felt that our properties are well managed. We live many states away and find that not only do they have reasonable prices, but they are right on top of renter requests or work that needs to be done, and I’ve never talked once (in email or on the phone) to anyone who wasn’t anything but pleasant, respectful and helpful. They are also great at looking out for the property owner when applications for renters come in. I’ve always felt they’ve gone above and beyond. Also love the website and ability to look at all the charges/work/rental info is nice and up date. There was even a middle-of-the-night emergency few years ago and they were right on top of notifying us and giving us updates to make sure we knew what was going on. Would highly, highly recommend

Currently renting here and was a very bad decision. A lot of issues with the house, terrible communication, terrible customer service, takes Months to even get something done, A/C had issues and I informed them of it but nothing was done until over 2 months later causing me to pay over $300 for utilities because they never had it serviced/Cleaned for over a year and wondered why I was having issues. Floors cracked up and not even in areas with dips and humps. Walls showing cracks and patched over in areas, bathrooms tubs have draining issues and paint peeling off in areas. All while making it clear not to bother mentioning because they won’t do anything about it anyways or it will take 2-3 months for even a response so by the time I move out or get to the end of my lease I will have to just deal with the issues. Should have looked at the reviews more closely before moving in. Make sure to check reviews before doing anything, lesson learned.

Weaver Holdings Property Management (WHPM) has managed residential real estate for me since 2013. Over the past decade, the WHPM staff is always responsive to the needs of tenants and property owners. WHPM consistently employs superior technologies to support real-time, online customer experiences through e-signatures, incident tracking (via email/texting/phone calls) and financial reports. Thank you!
One observation is that WHPM has low staff turnover with some staff returning to WHPM.

Scheduled a house tour just to be told the house was left a mess by the old tenants. After reading the other reviews it makes me feel like the old residents may have been scammed out of their deposit for a “cleaning fee” so glad I dodged a bullet on this company.

I would like to share my experience with this company. Unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. The property I moved into was not clean, with noticeable issues such as a hole in the floor in front of the refrigerator. Instead of properly addressing it, the owner on Carrsbrook Road simply covered it with a board, leaving me to deal with the problem. Additionally, I found broken walls and blinds upon moving in. Soon after, the hot water heater broke, causing a water leak. As a single mom who always paid my rent on time, it was disheartening that the company failed to take action to resolve these issues. To add to the inconvenience, my refrigerator was out for nearly 3 weeks. Now, they are attempting to charge me for damages and repairs that were never fixed before my move-in. This lack of responsibility and accountability is unacceptable. Do not rent from this company. As an educator and single mom, this company's behavior is inhuman.

I’m not one to leave a review but this was a terrible company to rent from. They kept majority of my deposit even though the house was left in perfect condition. A $550 cleaning fee was taken out even though I had to pay to have it cleaned before I was able to move in and paid to have it professionally cleaned when I moved out. Hard to get in touch with. Charged for issues with the house that weren’t my responsibility. Had issues with utility bill due to water leaks and they were no help even though the issue was on them. I figured this would happen after reading reviews but was hoping for the best after leaving it better than when I initially rented.
