I lived at a condo managed by this company for 6.5 years. I had a consistently positive experience with them.

My service requests were always handled with urgency (Robin is wonderful to work with). Everyone there was always kind and helpful, including the vendors they sent to make the repairs.

I moved out last month (02/2025). I had the place professionally cleaned before I left and I received my full security deposit back. I was also lucky that I had a great landlord who was very accommodating to my needs.

It was a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend this company.

We Manage did above and beyond what we ever expected! They were able to get our Tenant out who had not paid us for over four months. We had started an eviction process many times on our own, trying to save money, but would realize we had done something wrong and have to start again. Alex Bengard plus his company took care of all that expediently. They personally delivered the three day notice to Pay or Quit, wrote a letter to our Tenant, which was hand delivered, and handled many texts back-and-forth with our Tenant. We didn’t think she would ever leave. But We Manage got them out. We are forever grateful! Thank you so much, Alex!

Avoid working with this company in any way. They're Lazy slumlords that don't make any attempt to maintain the property. They'll let you sign a lease, and then neglect any concerns as if their only job is to collect the rent. They refuse to put you in contact with the owner to make sure they're unaware that the property is having issues. I've had to rent other places just to have a place to call home and at the end of the day they want to evict me for reporting that the downstairs tenant is hoarding neglected animals and causing a repulsive smell around the property. They obviously can't handle the responsibility of managing properties. Luckily I have enough money to rent elsewhere because I regret living at their property and they're a nightmare to deal with

They are super rude and unprofessional! Put in an app before viewing and called to view no one ever got back to me or even looked at my application! If you don’t like your job which is easy then you need to choose another path. Instead of coming in to work just to be rude! Only gave 1 star because I had to they honestly don’t deserve anything !

Alexis Rushlow has been our primary point of contact, and she’s been fantastic—always responsive and proactive, whether it’s coordinating updates, handling minor repairs, or keeping our tenants informed about any building-wide projects.

The team also conducted a thorough walk-through after the first year to ensure our property was being well-maintained, which we greatly appreciated. A special shout-out to Chey, Robin, and Triana—each of you has been incredibly helpful and quick to address any questions or concerns we had.

This management company did nothing when I reported a neighbor repeatedly harassing me. The only thing they did was raise my rent and put me on a month-by-month lease without my consent to try and force me to move out. Don’t rent with them!

I’ve been living at a property managed by We Manage for almost 5 years. This management company has been the most responsive of any management companies I’ve dealt with.
Over the years we’ve had a couple of maintenance requests, including a plumbing request just today.
I filed a work order late last night around 11pm through their online portal. This morning at 9:00 am I received a phone call to schedule the repairs. The plumber was here with min 30 minutes and it was fixed immediately.
