Andrew was awesome. We went in looked around came back and started the application process. If we had any issues are had questions he was quick to have them answered. Our home will be delivered tomorrow 5/14/24 and I'm so excited. Without Andrews excellent customer service, we'd probably still be looking.

Let’s start by in February we decided we wanted a new home went threw them got denied understanding tried again on a different home got approved finally got our house first week of April had several water leaks still have them it’s constantly somthing every time we turn around when they brought my house every piece of sheet rock in the ceiling is cracked popcorn looks to have been replaced before on a quick fix and that even come out the men’s mouth who delivered the home for them nobody wants to fix anything they want you live in it 90 days and make a list then call the warranty place to fix (been waiting months no response left on read) when they delivered they didn’t have enough pipe my husband had to go by more we failed inspection twice due to them not setting up right the doors don’t close trim isn’t nailed all the way my island where my sink is is leaking from god knows where it’s just been thing after thing horrible experience will never do this again I thought having my own property it would be a easy process but it’s been the worst experience of my life so I’ll say becareful Everybody has there own experience with places.. to bad want let me post the videos I’ve been patient as I can and definitely didn’t wanna go to this but I don’t want anybody else to go threw what we have went threw typed this April 28 here we are November 16 house still not fixed I’d advise to go some where else

Need a new home this is the best place hands down on prices and customer service Andrew was our go to person made us feel like we were family listened to what we were looking for and he made sure he went above and beyond for all our questions and concerns to make sure our home was going to be what we wanted 100 % recommend and will send my friends and family there way

They are the worst place to buy from. They don’t build the place correctly all my windows are crooked. The wall trim they used in between the Sheetrock (they used trim instead of Sheetrock mud and tape). My piping under my place was not all hooked up so my kitchen sink wasn’t hooked up so everything went under and build up my master bathroom wasn’t hooked up and everything went under and build up. They left so much under panel under my place. This was by far the worst purchase ever. I’m paying all this money for something I have to fix bc they didn’t do they job right mind you I bought a brand new not used
