Terrible customer service and they will leave you and your family out in the cold even when you pay on time every time and something happens, floods or whatever. They will not help with a hotel room or anything. I had a 3 month old and a very sick 17 year old and the entire complex flooded and they refused to help us find shelter and were extremely rude, disrespectful and outright disgusting about the whole ordeal. But service master tried there very best for days to try to help us but it just continued to flood. Service master helped more than Watson and that's extremely sad

We used Watson Realty to manage our rental property in Mariners Landing. We only had 1 tenant in 4 years. After the tenants moved out of our home in April 2024, we received the inspection report from Lisa and within the report, I noticed that there was a hole near a door in the home. We decided to try and sale our home, "AS IS". Long story short, the hole near the door was near the entrance, someone REMOVED THE key panel to the ADT security system which was what the hole was there for. After video calls and visiting out home, we also saw the outdoor back security cam was also missing along with other damages that was NEVER REPORTED TO US. The tenants also messed up the flooring in 1 of my rooms. I reached out to Lisa regarding the security system missing and other damaged things. She advised that after talking to the tenants that they advised the system was in the garage. After looking in the garage, the system cannot be found, and the other damaged items will come out of their deposit. Their deposit is not going to cover all of the damages. Every year there was an inspection report sent to us but after visiting our home the flooring looks like several years of damages and we should have been advised when the flooring was showing some damages. Lisa also advised that the painters who was bidding for the paint bids on the home COULD HAVE, removed the key panel. I have NEVER heard of a painter that need to remove the ADT security key panel to get a paint bid. Our property was not managed to our standards, I was never contacted or advised that the outside of my home has some wood rot. Wood rot should be reported to the homeowner ASAP. This IS SOMETHING THAT CAN GET WORST OVER TIME and nothing if that was reported to me. Bottom line we didn't sale our home, but we are going to rent out our home again and we are going with another company for better management! Watson did not manage our property up to our standards. Watson property management lack of communication really needs ALOT of improvement. There was ALOT OF MISCOMMUNTICATION and times where no one got back to us at all. We could have gotten so much done before the tenants moved out of our home, if we were advised. I am still awaiting on communication from previous emails and still nothing, maybe this review will have them to call me.

UPDATE as of 08/28/24. I received a voicemail from a Lisa B. on 7/30/24. I called and left a few voicemails for a call back and Still no call back from no one. Lack of communication!
