Tatyana Hall. From the first day I spoke with her on the phone, it felt like an old friend I hadn’t spoken to in some years. She was upbeat, asked all kinds of questions ( as did I) and told me she’d work hard for me. Hearing these words before thru my many years of buying homes, she was constantly in touch with me, updating me and going above and beyond what realtors usually do or don’t do! This must be my year because I sold a home in November of ‘23 and was referred to an amazing realtor in NC. I assumed that was once in a lifetime, but good luck does indeed strike twice. I purchased a new build in Baldwin County and she was always updating me and inquiring on my behalf as I was out of state. She Met with my builder, my privately hired home inspector when I couldn’t be there. She has thee best personality and smile. I don’t ever wanna move from here but if I did, I’d call her again.
