The facility boasts wheelchair-accessible car parks and wheelchair-accessible entrances, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. The layout is specifically geared toward handling a large variety of products, including both palletized and non-palletized items – a crucial distinction highlighted by operational considerations. The floor load configuration significantly impacts processing times, as experienced by drivers who appreciate the designation of dedicated right lanes for Overs-The-Road (OTR) drivers, streamlining the check-in process. Operational Insights & Wait Times

Based on driver feedback, arrival times and wait times can vary considerably. Drivers typically arrive between 9:50 AM and 10:00 AM for scheduled appointments. However, unloading times can be extended depending on the nature of the load. Specifically, shipments that aren't on pallets, as experienced by one driver who waited a minimum of 4 hours, tend to require more extended processing times due to the floor load configuration. The time required for unloading is directly correlated to the complexity of the load and the operational capacity of the center at any given time. It's recommended that drivers carefully consider the packaging and presentation of their goods to optimize turnaround time. Return trips can take upwards of 4.5 hours, with drivers frequently being called back to the office for updates and reassignment. Arrived here at 9:50 am for 10:00am appointment. Easy check in. 2 right lanes for otr drivers. They check your seal and assign you to DD. Because my load wasn't on pallets I was told it'll be a minimum of 4 hrs to get unloaded.
I left at 4:50 pm. They call you and return to office. Just be mindful of what you have on trailer as it will determine your wait time.

If there were a ZERO star, they would receive it.

My husband is a long-hauler. He always makes sure his load is early to on time.

His appointment delivery time was 19:00 on July 21st. He dropped the trailer off at 18:00 on July 21st. He simply asked what time they would be done, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said I have no clue, whenever they get done.

Since there is NO overnight parking, and there's NO close parking available, he had to drive 20 minutes to get parking. (which isn't bad).

It wasn't till 00:45 on July 22nd. They called and told him the trailer was ready.

It's been 9 days, and they still haven't done a damn thing with the paperwork. So he is still yet to be paid.

What a slump of a place.

So let me get this straight. I have a single product load. You can’t even give me a rough estimate of how long my unload will be. You just say 2hrs minimum and throw your arms up shrugging. And if I do the Pull and Email method it takes you 3-5 business days to process my paperwork. So basically I’m stuck sitting here for your undetermined amount of time or I can’t get paid for a week. Do better.

Great place to deliver. In and out fast, cookie cutter other than tons of overnight parking outside gate on dirt strip. Break room and vending onsite.
