I moved here & decided to wait and see how I would like it. First of all, Daniel & all of the lease agents are sweethearts. They have been really great whenever I have an issue it’s fixed quickly, maintenance is also amazing!

My only issue is; I moved into the first floor one bedroom, my ceiling creeks everytime my upstairs neighbor walks and it’s really loud.. on top of that he is very loud and yells all night. I have not complained as I don’t want to start issues with my neighbors.. yet.

Hurricane; they immediately cleaned up after the storm which was really nice. They came around knocking on our doors to make sure we were okay and if our apartments needed anything urgent. They handled it nicely.

Bugs: there were a few roaches, pest control got them.. haven’t seen any since so that’s good.

Dog parks: I love the dog parks but please make sure your dogs are on their flee prevention. Many dogs and wild animals here. That’s not the apartments fault, it’s just a side note for residents.

AC; it was broken when I first moved in but they took care of it quickly.

Washer: this took a week to fix but at least they fixed it.

Lots of parking.

I do have a request, if they can please put up more lights in the parking lot, I live alone as a woman and have to take my dog outside at night. It’s a bit scary honestly, please consider adding more lights outside. Pics with flashlight and without.

Don't send a person upstairs to view a random apartment (not the apartment for rent) that tells you that they cannot walk up stairs... (I have walking difficulties.)
Clean out your dishwasher water. Don't leave dirty smelly yellow water in it.
Get the mold out of the tubs grout.
Don't show a place with a floor that clearly needs repaired.
I did love the view once I made it up the stairs. I liked that the patio adjoined to both the bedroom and living space. Patio closet a plus. Washer and Dryer are nice. Kitchen a little small but still practical with center counter space.
We did show up without an appointment and the staff were very kind to see us. They did allow us to see an apartment that was available, but not the particular apartment downstairs that I would need. We were told it would be available. The staff themselves were kind and friendly.

The apartments here are old, but the staff is very wonderful. They are very active in organizing community events, and ensuring that their residents are taken care of. When I had to move out early due to military orders they were very accommodating and understanding.

I very much enjoyed my time here. It has amenities that I was looking for as well as a good location. When first moving in my washer did not work but was fixed very fast and efficiently as well as any other issues that I had. It is a beautiful place and super nice people in the office. Grateful for the time I was here and making moving in easy.

Unfortunately, this has been the worst apartment complex we’ve lived in. From the moment we picked up the keys (which weren’t available upon arrival), issues continue to arise. The deadbolt on front door wouldn’t work (we fixed ourselves), mailbox key wouldn’t work (were told we had to wait to get our mail), hot tub at the pool has been “under maintenance” for almost the entirety of the two years we lived here, trash everywhere, homeless going through dumpsters, and no one cleans up their pet waste outside.
We also never received a tour of our apartment, which looks nothing like the pictures we viewed online. Our living room and bedroom lights/fans turned on consistently at all hours of the night due to improper coding. This took over a year to fix. Our bathtub chipped white paint after every shower, we were told we would have to stay somewhere for 24 hours for them to repaint it. I’m unsure why we have to pay to stay somewhere for an issue that isn’t our fault.
We do appreciate maintenance having to fix everything. However, these issues should have been resolved by management before we signed the lease. It seems were taken advantage of due to moving from a different state.
We are counting down the days for our lease to be up.

The property always looks like it’s in shambles. We haven’t had lights in our parking lot for almost two years. I was told over a year ago that we’re waiting on parts but it’s dark in the parking lot because they’ve never been fixed. They only fix what they absolutely have to. There was a giant bush growing over our sidewalk and I put in not one but two request to have it fixed and the only reason it got fixed is because I personally went to the landscapers and so did my neighbors. I hate having friends over because I’m ashamed of how my property looks when they get here. The garbage is always overflowing. If there is that much garbage that they are always overflowing between when the garbage men get here then maybe get more dumpsters They never cleaned the debris from the hurricanes in the parking lots unless it was something that had to be moved. They don’t really care about you once you are here. They just care about getting their rent every month. The only place that actually looks nice is the office. Looking forward to moving out when my lease is up

hello i cannot comment on the service because it has not yet been done. i have a leak in my bathroom that has now expanded to my laundry area and water is dripping in my breaker box which is a HAZZARD. I will be happy to rate the service once it is provided.

While I'm happy with my apartment, I'm not happy with a few things...lack of lighting at night, fountain hasn't worked for about a year now, the grounds could use some added attention. Branches are just mowed over or thrown in the bushes. There's no eye appeal. Neither entrance is welcoming. Some flowers would make a huge difference...would make you feel welcomed and give a homey appeal. Sure doesn't look anywhere as good as it did almost 3 years ago when I moved here. Now that I'm disabled, these things have become very important to me.
