if you are ready to give up your legal rights to please the manager du jour
then a Wakeland property apartment is the place for you. very low security deposit,almost no security!! attractive to those who have a criminal history!!!great tellers of untruths to get impress you.
maintenance personnel who may or may not need interpreters.

Horrible to residents the senior supervisor at the Allison Apartments Angelica mundo us the worst. She violates Residents disability rights she violates there housing rights by going into their homes searching their cabinets going through there belongings looking for whatever she feels like

I experienced this developer living as a neighbor while they developed the San Diego 'Atmosphere' project on Fourth Avenue at Beech St. Go check that building out! From groundbreaking to grand opening they were top notch through and through, from team members to construction quality. I've worked in residential construction in the past, and although not an authority on projects of this scale, I know consummate professionals when I see them. I would welcome a Wakeland project in my neighborhood any day!
