After changing Property Managers my experience with W Property has been exceptional. Danielle has been a great asset to this company. She has been very thorough when turning over my home to rent. I reached out to Danielle at W Property Management and left a message inquiring about a rental property in Healdsburg. She responded within the hour and was absolutely wonderful from our very first conversation. She was flexible and willing to accommodate my roommate's and my schedules for viewing times, paperwork, etc. She was very knowledgable about the property and happy to answer all of my questions. Our lease-signing experience was an absolute breeze (all done via docu-sign which was super convenient) and she's reached out multiple times to follow up and check in on how we're settling into our new home. We set up an online portal for making monthly rent payments. This truly has been the best experience I've ever had finding a home. I'm extremely pleased with Danielle's customer service, prompt communication and support and definitely recommend working with W Property Management!

My husband and I lived at an apartment complex W property management took over in Sebastopol. Our overall experience with this management company was extremely positive from beginning to end. The new manager that took over; Danielle Nunez was even better than the manager before. She was responsive and honored our entire deposit when we vacated. I’ve never had a deposit returned so quickly! Maintenance always came quickly and they charged adorable rents.
If we hadn’t just bought our first home I would rent from them again.
