I’m going to start a case against this company. They’re by far the worst at communicating, starting with JORGE. How does this person even have a job. I’ve had leaks from my ceiling that hasn’t been fixed in months! I haven’t been able to use my tub to my shower in two weeks. This calls for a lawsuit!

HORRIBLE. I lived at the riverside location and it’s filled with roaches. I contact the office and they would just send someone to just spray around. It Would literally would do nothing. I literally had roaches just crawling around the kitchen during the day like nothing. Jorge HORRIBLE as well. He’s very rude doesn’t know how to handle situations. Ladies at the office, rude. One of the neighbor’s dog bit my leg and all Jorge said was call animal control. The neighbor doesn’t have their dogs tied on a lease and just let them walk around the court yard. All their electric plugs are loose which was so dangers when you have ones. My toilet got plugged and my home was literally a pool. All my furniture got wet. They were able to get a plumber the next day but the damage was already done. The plumber said the other neighbor has caused the toilet, not caused by me. The laundry mate always get broken into and never works. Got my car broken into, area is not great. The only good person that’s would actually help with be Diana but Jorge would tell me that she’s not the manager in charge, to report it to him but would have Diana report things to me PLEAASE DO NOT RENT HERE.

Terrible place to rent from. If you can, avoid it at all costs. We rented with this company for 3 years and in that time our maintenance requests were ignored 90% of the time. We had torn flooring, broken counters and broken plumbing. Sewage was gretting backed up and overflowing from our bath tub. Our entire time there we could not get a single one of those things fixed. That's not including the small things we needed fixing. The cherry ok top was when they attempted to fix the hot water and instead of doing a professional job they ran an exposed line in each of the apartments to becoming an eye sore. After we moved out they took well over the allowed 21 day to return our deposit. Fortunately they returned all of it but they too 2 months and we had to pick it up from their office in Whittier. Overall, my wife and I were happy to finally move out of that poorly maintained apartment managed by VPMI.

This company doesnt fix ANYTHING in the properties. Ive made multiple work orders and they have been ignored. We have always paid rent on time and they have tried to evict us multiple times for “not paying.” Ive been here 4 years and theyre trying to give me a 3 day notice, which is illegal. Theyre trying to charge me for fixing my plumbing, which is illegal since I rent, not own.

George is a terrible, rude, condescending “property manager”. So unprofessional and makes false promises. Tells me an option I have to co-sign, ignores my calls the next day until I call him from another number, then finally answers and tells me “it doesn’t work that way”. When asked straight forward, what changed from a day ago, he stumbles on his words and couldn’t tell me a definitive answer!! I’m so glad I didn’t rent from this company and something saved me from even more headache. I feel for all these people who went further into business with this company! George and this company scam people out of their money!! Please do not rent from him or this company!!! George needs to be fired, taken to court, and go back to do some more training! Very disappointed, they will only steal your application fee and give no specific reason!!! Would give negative 10 stars if I could!!!! George if you’re reading this, which I’m sure you don’t, karma doesn’t miss anyone!

I had the unfortunate of dealing with this company call vpmi if that's a property management company ,since they brought it from my property management company a few months ago. This company is not professional because we moved out on August 1st and still haven't received our security deposit we tried calling,emailing and even went to the property management company on Whittier just to find the office closed on a week day not a holiday but acourse none was there .called them and said I'm outside of your building and no one is there door lock and a message on the door saying leave package in B4 room which is a legal document office really. Anyway to make a long story short we'll be filing court documents on this company and bring fourth all the individuals involved .The bus stop here see you in Court vomi ,suing for our security deposit and much more you'll be brought to justice once and for all.

I applied for an apartment a week and a half ago. they told us we would hear back soon and if not then call them. we called tuesday and they said theyd call us back and never did. same for each day of the rest of the week. i emailed, no reply. i responded to their facebook posting and the lady said ‘remember i told you it would take 3-5 days?’ we never even spoke to anyone going by her name. they were actively taking down apartments but could not respond to any of us. we were in love with the apartment and wanted to give a same day deposit but i guess we will look elsewhere.

Horrible unprofessional company. We lived at the complex on Lou Ella Ln (bel air apartments) for a year, always paid our rent on time, left the unit spotless and even cleaner than it was when we moved in, just to not receive our security deposit back. Their email on their website isn’t even a real email address. You can call and leave messages all day and they won’t get back to you. Our neighboring unit was infested with MILLIONS (as per the maintenance team working on it told us) of German brown cockroaches, we were never informed of this and had cockroaches crawling through the walls into our unit. They don’t take care of maintenance requests unless you’re persistent about it. This company is a joke and should be shut down immediately. Not to mention they’re STILL RENTING OUT UNITS IN THIS COMPLEX EVEN WITH THE INFESTATION. VPMI if you’re reading this I’m sending a letter of demand for our security deposit and that’ll be followed up with a small claims court case. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE.
