Beware if you live close to one of their listings. I do, and when they hosted a broker open house, there were cars blocking my driveway, parked in the red zone, and blocking the sidewalk all afternoon. This was despite my advance warning to Jack Gillespie, one of the brokers there. A subsequent call to Chris Plank (supposedly the manager there) was met with a less than apologetic attitude a half-hearted comment that he would "ask" the brokers to do a better job of being respectful to neighbors. The very next week, at a showing, there was a broker parked in my driveway loading art into her car. I have now given them a demand to cease and desist and they better hope they sell this property fast and stay away from my driveway until they do.
