Therefore management is the reason I moved out of my condo. Between increasing HOA fees, two and a half years to fix a gutter, none of the main doors ever being secured, and requiring legal action for them to send the by-laws, this company is completely unacceptable

As a property management company they offer shoddy work and inferior maintenance at best, the complexes they manage are unkempt, in disrepair and have constant Town bldg code violations. Financial integrity is in question as well, as there is very little transparency to the owners and questionably there is never any $ left over in the reserve fund year after year. Owners were also mis-led into thinking they're not allowed to attend annual meetings and therefore had their rights of voting, according to the By-laws, taken away from them. Sadly, none of this was ever questioned before until there was a flooding tragedy at one their HOAs in 2023, and this is when all of us owners finally united to turn things around to vote in a new Board, fire Vista and improve our properties.

This company does not get back to you with answers to simple questions. I have been trying to find out if Canterbury Village Condo Association is FHA approved, or the ratio of homeowners to renters. Three weeks and 5 or 6 phone messages later, still no answer! Good condo management companies respond to condo owners and renters in a timely manner.

I thought they were a very honest company. Easy to do business with for 25 years. In the end, they had mislead me on a renovation project for five months. Nothing had been done.

i like vista except this plow guy is HORRIBLE he did an awful job he not only plowed everyone in... but he never plowed even the empty spots and put a foot of snow right in front of my car.
