I love this place not just because of the product but because the people genuinely are helpful I want to give a big thanks to my girl pie. She is awesome. She hooked it up. She knew how much I had to work with and she made my day.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Mgmt knew 2 months prior to moving in and when arrived apt still had previous tentants garbage in it! Roaches every where, no appliances hooked up, no ac!!!! Car vandalized several times! Lied to cover state inspections! 5 mgrs fired within 3 months...CAM PROPERTIES is a joke... only want $$$$ 2 previous tentants let out of lease because of problem tentant.... yet they continued to keep him even though there were police records on him. Work out room always locked! No resident lounge, pool was always nasty! Worst place I have ever lived!

I've lived here about one and a half years now. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Paula is a very personable and knowledgeable manager while Rafael is an outstanding maintenance man. The apartments are good sized and clean. The grounds are taken care of as well as the pool. The neighbors are nice and if there is a problem management seems to notice and take care of the issue without even having to bring it to their attention .

Very nice units. The neighbors are luck of the draw as with any apartment living. Kathy, the manager at the time was always pleasant, accommodating and very professional. She made every effort to see that any needs we had were met promptly. She even did her best to mediate between disagreeing neighbors. 5 stars! Only wish the fitness center was open later than normal business hours so if you, like many, work 9-5, you could almost never utilize it. But that's understandable considering there would be nobody there to watch/maintain the facility to ensure that it STAYED as nice as it was. Not to mention the landscape surrounding the complex offered the occasional BREATHTAKING view and sunset!
