There are two things that I do not usually do. Sell a home and write reviews but I have to admit, there are exceptions to the rule and here is why. Visionary Development is a company that is worthy of being emulated by all. The leader of this company Sean Caligagan runs a very tight ship. In my own personal experience, the quality of service he and his company provided was literally way and beyond. From beginning to the end, everything was explained and disclosed to me and everything that has been agreed upon was met with precision. Sean guided me through the process and answered to my multiple questions, text and email and phone calls – believe me it was a lot for one transaction. I was a nervous seller but he made the process smooth and seamless. He also has a team that was equally helpful and made sure that the closing was timely since I had to relocate. Seriously, if there was 100 stars, I would rate them that way with an A ++++++. Sean and Team – a big THANK YOU.

This is a company that sends out "real estate" cards about houses they want to buy. The number and name changes on the card every two months but it goes to the same guy in Brentwood. Theres's literally zero info about a "company" on the postcard, just that they've been "trying to get a hold of you!" (they have not). If you get him on the phone, he claims his company is called "Homebuyers" but if you ask for an address or any actual information about the company that wants to buy your home, he hangs up. Then he will not answer again.

This Newell return address (Visionary Devepoment's actual address although they go by other names as well) on the postcard is as shady as they come. They have a phone number but will not answer the phone. I defy you to get someone on the phone there. I went to their office and looked in. There's a couple offices in the back and a big giant main area with a few guys who look like rejects from the "Jersey Shore" TV show on the phone at big long table, almost like a small version of a boiler room.

This is a dishonest company that runs straight up scams. Please be careful of these people.
