Armando will answer his clients call or emails 24/7; even on his vacation. We went to him last minute, after being turned down by 4 or 5 other brokers and helped us payoff our property from the bank. Where other morgage companies would start to hear or see something bad on our credit report/etc, Armando sat down took the time to understand our position and found a way to help us.......

Initally, gave good guidence but recently this year (not 7 years ago like a past reviewer) frequently unavailable. I wanted to give him my business with a 150k+mortgage, but I'll take it elsewhere. Don't waste potential clients time in promising to call them back, but not following through. Learn to be more attentive to them.
