I’ve lived in the Villas of Loganville for the last year, and it is the first apartment complex I’ve resided in. Over the course of the past year, I can say that this complex has consistently been a privilege to live at. The folks in the leasing office are helpful and kind—even when I have questions over menial things. But the prudence and professionalism shown in the leasing office is also reflected in their maintenance personnel. They are punctual and friendly, and any time I have had to make a request, they have performed the service both with a smile and good conversation. They make quick work for any maintenance requests I make, but that quick work they do does not compromise the quality of their duties.

The grounds are also very well-kept. The curbs to walk along are neat and tidy—never having a piece of trash in sight—and the vegetation growing along the buildings are pruned to the point of looking nice while not being invasive to walking or living space. In the building I reside, the neighbors are quiet and considerate, and even with kids playing outside, none of the neighbors or children in this complex have shown to be rowdy or loud. This is why I say it is a privilege to have been here over the last year, and I have no hesitation with renewing my lease for another year.

As for my specific one-bedroom unit, I feel I may have received one of the best apartments on offer. The floating wood floor and carpeted areas for my unit are comfortable to walk on, and the ventilation system is well up to date, may I have it operating under cold or warm weather. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are both very cleanly—looking pristine upon my first walk through, and still showing the same condition a year later. I have had no problems with smells, molds, leaks, or anything else that would take away from the quality of this unit. There is ample space for my living needs, plus some vacant sections that I can still consider putting furniture in. It is pleasant to relax indoors, and with how quaint the community is, it is also nice to sit outside on my small patio to enjoy the sounds and weather outside.

I would encourage anyone who is looking to reside in a community of decent neighbors to consider the Villas of Loganville. It has consistently been a great place to live over the last year, and I expect it will remain the same over the next.

My experience dealing with the Office staff at the villas at Loganville has been truly amazing. It was overwhelming searching for somewhere to move. The office staff at the villas at Loganville apartments they made my search worth the stop. Solely because of their kindness, their patience and their understanding my situation. Under my stressful situation they answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I called (I called a lot) but each time one of the stuff member took my call. They took the time to answer many, many of my questions. It was refreshing dealing with such kind and passionate people after what Ive been dealing with in my search for a apartment
I would just like to give a big thank you to all three staff members as well as the maintenance crew. They was very helpful when need not to be.

I’ve lived here for about two months and have overall enjoyed my stay. I haven’t had many problems but I plan to keep my review updated as I move forward with my stay.

For those interested in this complex here are main things to be aware of.

• Overall, the move in process was great, we had a very nice woman that helped us get settled in.
• We were told we got a fully upgraded unit with new carpet but, while the apartment was updated, the carpet was definitely not new. (I found candy and other things in it when deep cleaning apartment the first time.) I was also told that they had it cleaned before hand but I extremely doubt that. (I’m a clean freak but even my roommate noticed.)
• The staff is nice for the most part, I haven’t had to call them often enough to really get a good read on them. The only problem I’ve had is that they don’t call ahead when visiting on a request. They also will just unlock your door when you’ve called them but don’t answer the door. (They did knock but I had my headphones in.)
• They send out emails very often and fix community issues very quickly. This includes power outages, gate problems, or other things.
• I haven’t had any bug problems besides the few that came in to try and survive the winter. They were easy to deal with and I haven’t had to call bug control yet. (We’ll see if that is the same in the summer.)
• The neighbors are very friendly (Building 600) and are quiet for the most part. (Save for the drummer but I can’t complain too much because they are actually pretty good at it.) I haven’t heard anything during quiet time either which is amazing. (9 a.m. - 9 p.m.)
• The neighborhood/complex is lit up enough for a plane to land here at night. I’ve never once felt like it was unsafe or too dark to go get my mail. There are also plenty of cross walks and doggy bag areas for you and your pet to walk on and feel comfortable.
• The neighborhood is also very clean. I’ve only seen a few things that’s could use a cleaning up in my time here and it’s never stayed around for long.
• I haven’t been here long enough to experience the pool yet but I have visited the area with the fitness center. The water fountains outside do not work and the area outside of the fitness center isn’t very well kept but I’m hoping that’s because it’s winter and no one really goes over there anyways. This is also the reasoning I’m using for the bathrooms never being stocked. (This should be fixed during the summer when the pool is in use.)
• The trash compactor is outside of the complex which is very nice. I’ve only seen it overflowing once and that didn’t last longer than the night. I’ve also never gotten too bad of a smell from it.
• The area is prefect for someone who likes to have everything around them—and I mean everything. Not even ten minutes in either direction and you can find just about all you need when it comes to stores, restaurants, and such.

The overall place is amazing and I recommend it to those interested. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Moving to the Villas at Loganville was a blessing. The location is ideal, and I enjoy the community. Jeff was extremely kind and helpful. Our unit required a few maintenance fixes, which were promptly addressed by maintenance.

I move in about a month ago. I have had great experience with place. I love it. The office staff is just great always willing to help any way they can- I couldn't have move to a better . I lo e it here😀😀😀😀😀 me and Camille.

My family and I love living here. The management is the best. They will do all that they can to make sure your Satisfied.
Thank you for all that you do. We are even planning of moving to a bigger townhouse of 3 bedrooms when it’s available.

HVAC has been an issue since first moving in, I'm still dealing with the same issue over a year in. Went weeks during the coldest days of winter with no heat and when I complained was subtly told that I it wasn't the truth, then offered a pitiful $200 dollar credit after freezing through this winter's snow storm with children in the home. Front gates are constantly broken or just not functioning. Outdoors has routinely smelled of cannabis since I moved in 2023.
