Steer Clear!! They will not take accountability for their administrative mistakes costing you more money, and the overall cleanliness and deferred maintenance add insult to injury. Expecting a response from their leadership team after escalating an issue that the on-site team nor their customer experience line could remedy? Well keep waiting because there is zero sense of urgency to respond.
An error was made to the first rental agreement which I caught and asked to have corrected. Okay, mistakes happen. The problem came in when I didn’t notice the error in the “corrected” lease and signed it. Now, despite a paper trail of proof nobody seems to be able to fix the error now costing me additional money. I am still waiting for a resolution two weeks later and nobody seems to care. Additionally, breezeway lighting has been out for over a month in building 9 despite it being reported. Safety issue!! Furniture at the front entrance is a constant eyesore. And when you move in you can anticipate needing to do more than a general cleaning and treat for roaches!!
