Stayed over here for three years, and we have had a dozen landlords. Most of them stole money and didn’t keep up with any cash or give receipts for payments. My apartment was infested with termites and they had cut grass and hit my window with a rock and I was told they couldn’t fix it right now or anytime soon. I wouldn’t recommend living over here to anyone you would come out better in a homeless shelter.

Miss T took us on a very hospitable and thorough tour of the premises. The apartment was in clean and move in ready condition. She answered all of my questions about amenities and utility costs with confidence and then drove us to see the new playground, where my kids played while they ate complementary cupcakes. The compex is clearly undergoing a lot of changes and upgrades. Great tour!

I may be gettin an eviction on my record due to no one ever being in the office or knowing how to answer the phone. I’ve tried calling numerous times all on different days both before and after their lunch breaks but since we’re here let’s start by saying in the short period of time I was here it is a terrible place to live. One of my friends cars were broken into while visiting me another friend had a group of guys coming up and harassing her and later they scratched up her car my roommates car was broken into. There was work being done in the apartment complex something to do with the water lines of something and they said they wasn’t charging us for any of the work being done and that same month my sewer went up almost $200 Ms. Tee has been accused of stealing money the trash was always fluctuating when it’s suppose to be one set price. My rent in total was almost $1400 one month (rent alone was $800 that’s after all the other bills included) and I only had a 2 bedroom it was only me my daughter and 1 roommate. It’s crazy out there. Before I moved in I was told I was going to get a 3 bedroom she even wrote down how much I would owe for it before I moved in and when I came back up there to ask to see the apartment it was only a 2 bedroom and she told me that that’s what I agreed to when It was I just needed somewhere to live at the time so I moved forward with it. IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO LIVE OUT HERE KEEP YOUR SANITY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Came to Greenwood with my significant other for an opportunity to view Apartments and stumbled across this apartment complex. We gave them a call and the rest was history, Tiyon Hall was phenomenal. She took her time by showing us the renovated two bedroom one bath apartment. She explain to us the requirements and how we needed to go about setting ourselves up for success with this complex if you are looking to find a rental home that is kind, safe, clean and newly renovated. This is the place to look.

Although things started to go downhill with the last Property Management we now have a new property manager and they are absolutely amazing. I absolutely love my apartment all renovated new wood floors fridge stove cabinets everything paint and a fantastic price neighbors are quite friendly. The new property manager Miss Peggy go above and beyond for the residents here it makes you feel like you are truly at home. Maintenance is awesome and very very prompt. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I'm extremely satisfied with not only the staff but the property manager and the maintenance crew. They're always very kind and polite. It's nice and quiet my apartment is amazing beautiful floor everything was renovated brand new fridge cabinets stove bathroom everything redone and they're still making updates. You can't beat the price coming from Miami you would pay a fortune for a place like this. Absolutely love this place and I call it my home

If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely give 0 ! This is the worst apartment complex ever , we done had 10 landlords in the last two years ! Been owned by 3 or 4 different companies! Everytime a different landlord come in the rent is changed , and they are claiming you owe a balance ! Kids who don’t live there are always here , breaking into apartments and busting out windows ! The police have to come there 5 times a week ! Trash is always on the ground ! The landlords are never no help , almost every landlord that has came has stolen money from the property and nothing is ever done about it . They move their family members in for free ! Maintenance sucks you can’t even get them to fix anything . I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone it is completely hood . Save yourself the trouble , no matter how nice these landlords seem when giving a tour .

Applied for this place- 3 bedrooms. Was not given a ballpark rental amount- just got told it was based on my income. Spent $120 in application fees for my rent to be over half my monthly income. Go somewhere else. Waste of my time and money!

UPDATE: went back because they told me I was approved with a guarantor- only to spend $40 more dollars for them to tell me that combined we have to make 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT of my rent! If I made $4500 a month I wouldn’t be living here, I promise you that!! Go literally anywhere else!

Been here for almost three years.. you really could get lost in the huge crater like pot holes in the roads. New management was big on the appearance of the place, it goes way beyond appearance to make it a safe and a desired place to live.
This place is a joke!!!
DO NOT GO BY THE PICTURES ONLINE!!!!!! YOU WILL BE DISGUSTED!
To the response from the “NEW” owner I no longer live there thank god! Have you actually been on the property lately Have you seen the grass and how tall it is? The huge dumpsters that have been there for over a year overflowing with trash and furniture No one is ever in the office for help nor answers the phone!!!! There’s 3 huge stacks of money orders that haven’t been turned in in lord only knows how long…. The work orders and maintenance never get done! So When should the current residents get a pleasurable stay or feeling exactly
